Work-in-progress
A coming of age story that subjectivity documents a highly publicized disappearance and murder in my home town when I was a teenager. This project combines historical research and personal storytelling to ask how claims of truth and conventions of truth-telling function in a widely circulated cultural narrative which accumulates meaning each time a new young woman disappears.
